The Annual Incentive Invitational represents The Incentive Research Foundation’s (IRF) most important annual fundraising activity and its primary source of research funding. Utilizing all the elements that make incentive travel an effective motivation tool, The Annual Incentive Invitational brings together end-users plus partner suppliers at an incentive destination for a three-day weekend of networking and recreational activities. The event fosters new relationships and solidifies existing business dealings against the backdrop of exciting destination experiences, championship golf courses, and top-tier resort facilities.

The IRF has held the prestigious Invitational for the past 15 years and raised funds through sponsorships and an auction of travel and merchandise packages to support the Foundation's ongoing efforts of research and education (http://www.TheIRF.org). Previous Invitationals have been held in outstanding incentive resort locations including Miami, Florida (2 times); Las Vegas, Nevada (3 times); San Diego, California; Miami/Bahamas/Cruise (2 times); St. Andrews, Scotland; Maui, Hawaii; Grand Bahama Island; Los Cabos, Baja, Mexico, Phoenix/Scottsdale, Arizona, Montego Bay, Jamaica, and Nassau/Paradise Island, Bahamas under the expert management of The Opus Group.
